The lesions do not sound good at all. I wonder if this is chemical related and hopefully not something like the bog turtles are going though. &#60;/p&#62;

<description>&#60;p&#62;The last time I went out looking for Hellbenders in central PA, all of the ones I found had pretty big lesions on them.  Has anyone encountered this?  Any ideas about what it could be?  Could there be some kind of disease?
